I’m helping people set up sites using the amazing Wordpress. Wordpress has tons and tons of free high quality online documentation. There’s so much out there in fact that it can all get at bit confusing for someone who’s just starting out.
I want to be able to give my clients some printed reading material to help get them started. That’s why I’ve put together this PDF, a collection of articles from the Wordpress Codex for people who are new to Wordpress and blogging. I made the selection from a users point of view rather than from a developers/administrators. So I’ve tried to focus on stuff like: How do I add a new post? How do I add a new page? What’s the difference between posts and pages? You won’t find anything in here about how to configure Apache and MySQL. Promise!
